By engaging our services, commissioning work, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Joe Penny Media Ltd provides media production services including but not limited to:

• Video production
• Photography
• Editing and post-production
• Content creation
• Marketing media
• Commercial media services

Specific services will be detailed in individual proposals or agreements.

3. Quotations

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Work will begin only once written confirmation or a signed agreement has been received.
• Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Remaining balances must be paid according to the schedule outlined in the invoice or agreement.
• Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Intellectual Property

All media created by Joe Penny Media Ltd remains the intellectual property of the company until full payment has been received.

Once payment has been completed, the client is granted the agreed usage rights outlined in the contract or invoice.

Joe Penny Media Ltd reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and project requirements
• Obtain any necessary permissions for filming locations or participants
• Ensure access to required locations at agreed times

7. Cancellations

Cancellations made after booking may incur charges to cover time, planning, or expenses already incurred.

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

8. Delivery of Work

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback, and unforeseen circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

Joe Penny Media Ltd will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of produced media.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
